It is illegal to pay for a cruise job. Apart for your own documentations’ expenses, Oceangoers personnel will not request any kind of payment to get you onboard. We encourage you to contact the Crew Complaint Department of MSC Cruises on crewcomplaints@msccm.co.uk and they will assess your case should you encounter any below issues:
- If you are placed in a position where your agent or any person onboard is asking for money, favours, or gifts from you.
- If your profile has been turned to Unsuitable to MSC standards and do not agree with the termination terms and request to reembark with MSC Cruises.
