Created in February 2018, Oceangoers is the exclusive Hiring Partner of MSC Cruises & Explora Journeys in Mauritius and a member of the Taylor Smith Group.
We provide professional and dedicated manning services to our exclusive partner MSC Cruises, which is the world’s third-largest cruise brand as well as the leader in Europe, South America, the Gulf region, and Southern Africa, with more market share in addition to deployed capacity than any other player.
Now based in Calebasses, Oceangoers provides exciting opportunities for over 800 Mauritians each year to build their career and discover the world with an attractive package from a world class organization, with ongoing vacancies across a range of departments including Dining, Bar, Housekeeping, Front Office, Spa, Entertainment, and others.
